eHR is a secure three-tier, web-based, database-driven application
for multi-users on any platform, namely Windows. There are no
geographical boundaries whether it is supporting a national or
international network of users. It is a user-friendly, simple to
use, aesthetically pleasing and high-performance application making
departments and organisations more efficient and productive allowing
access to secure and reliable information.
eHR is used in the public and private sectors with a customer base
worldwide.
Annual HR spend would be reduced by 80% against any existing or an
implementation of a new system or both. For example £10m budget
spend would reduce to £2m, and £1m to £200,000 for SME’s. This is
because of the design and model of eHR and there are numerous case
studies to prove this.
If your organisation has a large labour turnover or heavily depends
on people whether it be internal staff, full-time or temporary
employees, contractors, partners and associates or other external bodies
or people, eHR would be the most cost-effective, robust and durable
solution available to you. It can be scaled up for small firms to
large businesses, organisations and institutions.
eHR can integrate to existing systems, for example Payroll and
Finance, and take the best bits of what is available adding great value
and services to the existing business or organisation.
eHR is a completely customisable solution or totally out-of-the box.
It includes the implementation of the infrastructure, hosting and
network; the software integration to a new or existing platform along
with testing; and last but not least the after-sales support,
documentation, training and dedication from the vendor.
All information and data in eHR can be securely and confidentially
used by other applications, departments and management teams.
